Storyline audio not playing properly on random slides
Hi,
We have developed a Level 3 course with a duration of 30 minutes. After publishing the course, I reviewed it using the review link.
However, after approximately 40% course completion, I am facing an audio synchronization issue. The content and audio are not playing properly.
I verified the source file, and the synchronization is correct. It is also working fine in the preview mode. The issue occurs only in the review link.
I have used March 17- 2026 version and the latest April 28 - 2026 version, I started facing this audio synchronization issue in both versions.

Hi,
I'm having the same issue with Review 360.
For a few reviewers, the voiceover does not play on some slides.
For others with the same Review link, it does play. We have checked and it is not a connection issue.

I understand what you’re experiencing here, and how frustrating it can be when preview and Review 360 behave differently.
