Storyline Courses_ Shared Permissions

Hello! 

Has anyone else noticed that when publishing a Storyline course to review you can no longer change shared permissions without duplicating the course?  I share a scenario and if there is a solution other than duplicating/archiving, please share!!

my co-worker created a course in Storyline and submitted it for review through Review360. Fast forward to 2026: I went to re-assign for annual review and was unable to. I asked my co-worker to look at the shared permissions, and she was listed as owner, and I as editor. System does not allow either of us to change settings from Owner or editor. 

We both tried reloading, sending links with no success. Only option was to duplicate to give me ownership (and now she is listed as editor) for sending out for review.

• Could/should I have loaded it into a rise format? maybe..but is that the option we are faced with versus being able to change shared permissions?
