Storyline crashing
When trying to preview or publish my content (new and old), storyline crashes. Only started happening this week. I updated it, then rolled back the update and it just keeps crashing when it gets to the Writing player part in publishing.
I delete the content of the temp folder to fix this. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Articulate\Storyline
And I do reinstall the aplication.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that Storyline is crashing while publishing. I’m happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening! I have a couple of follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.
- Are you working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving your files on your local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them. This will help minimize any unexpected behavior.
- Are you publishing to LMS or Web when this happens?
