Storyline crashing

Question

When trying to preview or publish my content (new and old), storyline crashes. Only started happening this week. I updated it, then rolled back the update and it just keeps crashing when it gets to the Writing player part in publishing.&nbsp;
I delete the content of the temp folder to fix this. C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\Articulate\Storyline&nbsp;
And I do reinstall the aplication.

Welcome to E-Learning Heroes! I understand that Storyline is crashing while publishing. I’m happy to work with you to figure out why this is happening!&nbsp; I have a couple of follow-up questions regarding the situation so I can understand what you are experiencing a little better.

Are you working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving your files on your local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them. This will help minimize any unexpected behavior.
Are you publishing to LMS or Web when this happens?
