Storyline is crashing and won't save my work

Hi, I need some assistance. My storyline file keeps crashing after I add or replace an audio to the file. I have been replacing audio for the past three weeks and did not experience this problem unt...

Thanks so much for sharing this information with us. Sorry to hear you've hit this snag when inserting/replacing audio into this specific .story file. I understand how frustrating that can be!

I wanted to first check in on the status of things. Have you had any luck with importing into a new Storyline 360 file? 

If you're still experiencing this behavior, I'd recommend you make a repair of Storyline 360.

    Hi  Luciana, 

    I have imported the files into a new storyline file, and I am having the same issue. 

    I have also tried the repair storyline option. I did this twice before trying to import the files into a new storyline file. 

    However, I am still unable to import the sounds and save the file before it crashes.
