Storyline is not playing in LMS when exported as a SCORM
I am running into issues getting my Storyline to play when exporting directly from Storyline as both a SCORM 1.2 and 2004 4e
The Storyline works as expected when you publish to Review 360, then embed in a RISE course and export the RISE course as a SCORM 1.2 (this is the only format supported by our LMS)
Wondering if I am doing something wrong in my Storyline settings to be experiencing this issue. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue, but I'm happy to help troubleshoot!
Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud, to determine if the issue lies within the project file or is specific to your LMS? If your course doesn’t work at SCORM Cloud, we'll be happy to review your project file! We'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.

Hi Kelly, The SCORM works when i publish to the web and review 360. It also works if i place into a RISE course. The issue i am experiencing is around the LMS.
I have tried different LMS platforms using SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 4e. Ill take a look at the link you provided, but if you have any best practices for publishing a SCORM directly from Storyline that would be great.
While delivering the Storyline in RISE is ok, i would love to have the additional continue progress, and pushing quiz scoring from Storyline directly to the LMS. - JasonWhitehead-Community Member
I just tested in SCORM Cloud and the course works. The auto play doesn't work on the first slide, but i think i just need to change a setting.
When i upload into the LMS it just doesn't play at all, and when i click play nothing happens as well. Hi Jason,
Thanks for sharing your test results! The issue appears specific to the LMS. I recommend reaching out to your LMS administrator for assistance; they may request a debug log to help identify the problem.
I hope they can pinpoint the cause of the issue. But let me know if we can provide further support!
