Storyline keeps crashing

Hi there

  1. I have experienced several instances of Storyline crashing over the past week, both before and after the latest update.  Is there something that can be done to stop this?
  2. Also, when it crashes it seems to create some triggers that I cannot remove.  (Please see my post in the other forum).

    I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing constant crashing and erratic behavior in Storyline 360! I have a few questions to narrow down the issue:

    Thank you for your fast reply.

    Yes, I am working from a local drive not a network.

    I had uninstalled and reinstalled but can't remember if rebooted in between or after the reinstall, so I have done this process again this morning.  Fingers crossed. 

    I will open a case if I still have trouble.
