Storyline not passing Completed status to SumTotal LMS
Hi all,
I'm having an issue with a course being uploaded to a SumTotal LMS.
I have set the completion status to Completed/Incomplete in the LMS tab (reporting and tracking).
However, when the course is finished it shows Passed instead. This is a big no no on my LMS as we never use the Passed or Failed words.
I have never had this issue with Articualte Presenter and I'm now in desperate need of help or a fix.

Thanks Leslie, I did just that. He's going back through his files to see if he can dig the information back up. Sounds great Gregg! Thanks for the update

Hey Gregg, from everything that I've seen this issue should be fixed in the most current Storyline release.
Leslie, can you confirm that this bug is fixed in the current public release?

And yet, because I am forced to enter a score in SumTotal when uploading, despite the fact that there is no quiz in my course, even when I set the score in SumTotal to 0, I end up with an indication of Failed on score at course completion. Maybe it's something that needs to be set in SumTotal. Yes, Brian. This was documented as fixed in Storyline Update 3, which is our current release.
Gregg, Do you have the latest version? It can be found here.
If you do, can you please submit a support case for your issue? Thanks.

Hey Gregg, send me a private message with your email address and I'll send you some documentation we use for Storyline and SumTotal integration. Sounds like all you need to do is tweak a couple of your settings and you'll be good to go!
Thanks for helping Gregg out here Brian

Hello,
this is a duplicate of my post from another thread, but I think it is worth replicating since a lot of people seem to share the same concerns.
I wonder if Articulate is planning on releasing the update soon, because we have a bit of a dilemma.
UPDATE 2 IS BETTER THAN UPDATE 3
because of what was discussed on this thread: http://community.articulate.com/forums/p/36393/205537.aspx?mod=False#205537
Update 2 is needed for the files to work on iOS7
however
UPDATE 3 IS BETTER THAN UPDATE 2
because of the LMS issue described above.
Thank you.

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue with Storyline 2? We have publisheda module for SumTotal using complete/incomplete and it is returning "passed" instead of complete?
I see a lot of posts saying this was fixed in SL1 update 3, but no word on SL2.
Any thoughts?
Thanks you so much!
Kurt
