Storyline preload handling
I have a series of mp4 videos at the beginning of every slide as an intro (plays automatically ), each of which is around 1 MB big and 5 seconds long. My questions are:

We are also experiencing problems with the preloading part.
Is it in any way possible to customize the preloader?
For example like Christina is mentioning above, in Captivate you can set preloading to x% of the course before it's start playing.
