Storyline preload handling
I have a series of mp4 videos at the beginning of every slide as an intro (plays automatically ), each of which is around 1 MB big and 5 seconds long. My questions are:

Hey all... Storyline's handle of preloading works great. We have built a preloader that will display progress and let you set triggers etc based off the percentage loaded.

This is damm cool, I was searching for exactly same thing. My first motive is to pre-load all GIF's included in the course at the beginning itself.
Can u plz lemme know whether this SL web object help us to pre-load all HD qualities JPG's, PNG's, and GIF included in entire course? or it only works for MP3, MP4 and SWF's? Is it compatible for HTML5 output?
And If I buyed this object then what type of support i can get from your team?
