Storyline quiz embedded in Rise causing problems

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
Testing your course on my end (in Google Chrome), I was able to reproduce the same behavior you described. After answering and submitting Question #2, the page bounces up slightly, back to Lesson #5.
Our development team is tracking a known issue that causes:
- Storyline block auto scrolls when jumping to the next slide with a data entry field
I've linked this discussion to the bug report so you can be notified as soon as a fix is in place!
In the meantime, as a workaround, we suggest:
- Make sure the entire Storyline block is in view.
- Resize the Storyline block (Small or Medium) to fit the visible viewport.
