Storyline video player buttons

Hi - not sure if this has come up for anyone else but I inserted a video in my Storyline and the player buttons disappear once it starts playing which could be confusing for some. The buttons appear when you hover over the black bar but its really finicky and hard to know where to click as you have to hover over the black bar but then when you go to click appropriate button, it disappears again. The video is actually an audio made into an MP4 as there's no accompanying visual so I'm not sure if that's the issue? (I attached some screenshots)

    Hi Sarah!

    Thank you for providing screenshots! It is expected for the video controls to disappear if the focus is away from the video. You can see the behavior I experienced during my testing here.

    If you'd like not to include the video controls, clicking on the video frame will play and pause the video.

    If you have additional questions, would you mind sharing your .story file so we can offer troubleshooting steps specific to your setup?
