Storyline video player buttons
Hi - not sure if this has come up for anyone else but I inserted a video in my Storyline and the player buttons disappear once it starts playing which could be confusing for some. The buttons appear...

Thank you for providing screenshots! It is expected for the video controls to disappear if the focus is away from the video. You can see the behavior I experienced during my testing here.
If you'd like not to include the video controls, clicking on the video frame will play and pause the video.
If you have additional questions, would you mind sharing your .story file so we can offer troubleshooting steps specific to your setup?
