Player button freezes Storyline
When I press the Player button, Storyline freezes. Pressing Escape brings it back. However, I need to edit the Player! I have opened Storyline on all 3 of my different monitors and vigorously checked to see if the Player has opened on a different monitor. But I do not see it. I have uninstalled Storyline and reinstalled it. I have powered down my laptop and restarted it over several days. I have ensured I am not using the Storyline from a shared drive (the project is on my C drive.) I am using Windows 10.
I would love any help you can give!

This is also happening to me, however using the windows key to move the unseen player window around isn't working. No matter what I do the Player window will not show itself. Let me know if anyone has had any other solutions.

Of course I got it to work right after posting my previous comment. For anyone else that maybe having this issue, it looks like Storyline got confused where to open the window when my laptop was plugged into multiple monitors. Maybe a Windows issue, maybe a Storyline issue, but if you're having this issue disconnect your monitors and that seems to fix it.

Evan, thanks for sharing what worked for you! I talked to a colleague of mine who works in Storyline all the time so they are an expert lol! And they confirmed that Storyline gets confused with multiple monitors, so your advice is right on. Hopefully you're ok working on one monitor!
