Storyline View Mode Double Screen

Has anyone experienced this issue with Storyline view mode where they get a double screen? What could be causing this?

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Are you able to share a screenshot or share your .story file with us? I'd like to take a look at what's going on to help me better understand the issue. You can attach it right here in this thread using the Add Attachment button, or privately in a support case.

    Hi Devan, 

    Thanks for sharing a screenshot of the behavior! 

    You can try the following troubleshooting methods to fix it: 

    • Repair your Storyline 360 installation
    • Set the Scale option in your Display Settings to 100%.



      To do this, right-click anywhere on your desktop and click on Display settings (for Windows machines).
