Storyline will not launch - help!
I've been using Storyline on my Mac (through Parallels, Window 11) for weeks without any issues. As of 1/24, Storyline will no longer launch.
I've uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled the applications (Articulate 360 and Storyline), confirmed profile sharing is disabled, uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled (again). No luck.
Does anyone have any tips and tricks on how to fix this?

Did you install any recent updates to your Windows environment or to Parallels that may have affected Storyline 360's functionality? As a troubleshooting step, please follow the steps in this article to remove all Articulate 360 files and registry keys from your computer so you can start with a completely fresh installation of Articulate 360.
