Storyline360: I Tried to Move Timeline to a Different Monitor—Panel is Stuck Partially Offscreen & Covers Ribbon Menu

I clicked on the icon to open the Timeline on a separate monitor. It is now stuck at the top of my screen. Shutting down Storyline and reopening the project has not reset this panel. I'm on Window...
