Storyline360 refuses to open under Parallels

I just purchase Parallels only to run Storyline. Did i waste my money? I can't even get it to launch (froze on initializing compenents). Running on a MacBook Pro M1 Max. 

I know this has been talked about for years, but why on earth can we still not run Storyline on a MacOS in 2026? I would have completely ditched using a PC 10+ years ago if not for this one program.

    Update, after a few hours i was finally able to get Parallels to open. It runs slow and looks bad. Parallels in 2026 is still not a good experience IMO.

      There is a decent amount of background bloat over the last few major updates that leads SL360 to freeze and process basic tasks at times. I swear when ever I click on a text box it's secretly activating every AI option before even checking to see if I pay the the AI feature. It definitely has it's moments for sure.
