Streamline the Branding Process

I suggest you create a Brand course that has everything set up the way you want it. Only include content that is used all or most of the time. Then copy/duplicate that to start any new course. 

You could also create Block Templates for the standard blocks you. For example, if there's a certain way you like to format a Quote block, you could save that as a Block Template, and then insert that template instead of the standard Quote block.
