Summary Slides on H5P vanishing when embedded into RISE 360 but no where else?

Hi there, my team and I have come across a bizarre glitch that wasn't there previously when we started using Rise 360 but now doesn't seem to disappear.
This is a video I sent to my team initially https://www.loom.com/share/2a9c9a8d72e445f7976a1ce322a460b3, and our tech team has looked into it but it seems to be only affecting the Rise 360 side of things. Any further advice would be gratefully appreciated.
