Survey Feedback
Hi Janice,
Thanks for reaching out! I see you've also connected with my teammate, Gren, in a support case. She shared that Storyline blocks don't send any question or score-related information to Reach 360 or to an LMS. She also added you to the related feature request that we're tracking.
Please expect a reply from Gren regarding your follow-up question. Let's continue the conversation in your support case to keep all the information in one place.

I’ve created a project as a stand alone survey in Storyline that includes:
- A title page
- A Likert scale slide with 4 questions
- A drag-and-drop ranking slide with 9 topics
- A freeform slide
- Survey Results side, which I am not sure is correctly set up.
However, when I use the print function on the results slide, all the Likert scale questions appear in one row of a table, with all the responses lumped together in a single cell. Each survey slide is recorded on its own line, but the results are still grouped together in one cell.
I’d like to know how to track the results in Reach 360. Will Reach 360 separate and total each of the 4 Likert questions individually by response? And how will Reach 360 display the most popular rankings from the drag-and-drop slide?
Lastly, I am struggling to find good information on how to set up the Player, as well as Tracking and Reporting for the survey results slide, everything seems to be for quiz results.

Hi InktelTraining,
Thanks for reaching out! When using Reach 360, survey questions are tracked and recorded, but the responses aren't listed in the report. To see the responses, you'll need to click on View Results. If you're seeing the results to your survey questions are grouped together, then that is expected.
If your drag-and-drop question is ungraded, it should also be shown in the View Results section.
Lastly, we have many resources on customizing the Player in Storyline 360. Let me know if you run into any trouble!
