Hello KiranVishal! Thank you for sharing your troubleshooting steps with us! It sounds like you've taken a lot of the steps that we would recommend. I don't see the authoring tool listed but I'm assuming that you've built this in Storyline 360. Is that correct?
I'm interested to know how one team member didn't hit this issue. Is their setup the same as everyone else's? Same device, browser, etc.
If possible, could you share your project file with us? We will test it on our end to see if we are noticing the same experience and troubleshoot from there.
