Yes, we have used Storyline 360, and all team members have tested the module using the same setup.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to share the build file. Could you suggest alternative steps we could take to resolve the issue?

Thanks for sharing an update with us! I do want to mention our latest version of Storyline 360 was released this week (Update 98).
- Have you tried importing your slides into a new project file and then publishing the course? Sometimes that can fix some erratic behavior!
- We also recommend conducting a repair of Storyline 360 in some instances. Since you mentioned you've had other courses without this resume behavior, perhaps a repair would be helpful!
I understand you aren't able to share the file in this thread. Could you share a screen recording of this behavior and your project file privately so we can investigate this further? We'd be happy to continue the conversation within a support case. Our team can sign an NDA if privacy is a concern.
