Survey questions: Issue when resuming
We created a course which includes 8 survey questions (7 single select and 1 short answer). We were able to complete the module, reopening it resumes at the last survey question, allowing us to selec...
To fix this, after the last survey question, insert a short blank slide (0.1 sec) or a thank-you slide, and trigger the course to jump there after the survey ends. This small slide acts as a clean end point, so the LMS records it as the last interaction instead of the survey.
Now, when the user revisits the course, it will resume from the end slide, not the survey — preventing users from re-answering or re-editing responses.
This fix ensures:
- The course feels “complete”
- Resume works from a neutral point
- Survey responses are locked in
