Is it possible to build a survey or questionnaire in Articulate 360? One that you wish to record the results?

If there are existing survey templates, I'm not finding them. I can't even find the "Survey Template" tab. It doesn't seem to exist. There is an Import function but it only includes the ability to import PPT, Quiz Maker, Engage, SL, and files from your computer. Can you be a little more specific on how to find these "existing" survey templates?
