Hello Molly!
The process is still the same! An LMS will track survey questions using a Survey Results Slide. Are you not seeing this information listed in the LMS report?
Why does a Survey Result wizard contain score/assessment related option?
A Survey is meant for data collection , not pass/fail options like the Quiz wizard.
Did this ever get fixed. I have the same problem. I want to save the date I get out of the survey/quiz but I dont want it to sent in a score and succes status. Succes status I fixed by telling it only to send in if over value 200. But it does still sent in score.
Hello CapperTheRose! I understand that you want to see the response to a survey question, but you don't want it to impact the score. The response to a survey question should appear in the reporting section of your LMS. However, survey questions aren't graded by default. If the survey question is impacting the score, then you might consider adding a trigger on that slide to add 0 to the score points variable when the user moves to the next slide or submits their response.

I figured it out. When you mentioned points, I remembered that I had scored the survey questions by question rather than by choice. I changed the points for the correct answers to 0. Now, it doesn't output a score after the survey questions. LaurenDuvall Thanks for the help!
