Suspend Continue Close Buttons at Top of Module in LMS

Hi everyone,
I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update delivers the needed modifications discussed in this post:
- Learners encountered duplicate interface buttons in some external LMS providers when taking training exported as SCORM 2004
There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to publish your Rise 360 course again.
Let me know if you have any questions about this update!

Hi Eric,
Will this change be made in Storyline as well? I did see the new lines of code in the imsmanifest after your post, but they seem to have disappeared with the latest update (August 19/20). Thank you for your help!

Hi BrianCarrell-b4!
Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
I'm not seeing any reports around Storyline's imsmanifest files, when publishing to SCORM. Do you mind elaborating on the specific behavior you're experiencing? Also, on 08/26/25 we shipped another Storyline update, version 3.103.35301.0. Can you confirm if the issue you reported is still present when publishing from the current version?
Looking forward to hearing from you!

In the latest update, the extra code is still not included in the published Storyline imsmanifest file, as described in the "Duplicate Interface Buttons Appear in Your LMS" section of this page:

Hello BrianCarrell-b4,
Right now, that feature is only available in Rise 360. I’ve gone ahead and shared your request with our product team so they know you’d like to see the same option in Storyline. We’ll keep you posted if anything changes on that front.
Also, it’s interesting that you saw the presentation section in a Storyline manifest file. Can you confirm if that LMS publish was from Storyline or Rise?
If you don’t mind, would you be open to sharing the imsmanifest.xml file with us here or through a support case? That would really help us dig in a little deeper.
Thanks for bringing this up!
