SVG images in image column block - showing focus of click to enlarge

Hi!

For the first time today, we're seeing an issue with our SVG files in the image column grid block. It looks like the image is showing both the focus for click to enlarge and the original image. Could the changes in the July 17 update somehow caused this? In the CSS if we change the opacity to 0, we can see the double image disappears. If we use a png or jpg we don't see this issue.

We only use SVG for our courses, so it is not possible for us to change all to another format. I've have also made a support case but just wondering if anyone else is seeing this problem? Or if there is a solution?
