System Error when uploading to SumTotal LMS

Hello all,

I have created a fairly bare bones course for our SumTotal LMS. When I go to upload this course I am getting the error message below. This course is a part of a pair of courses (very similar in nature) and the first one uploaded with no problem. I am using SCORM 1.2 to publish both. I have already contacted SumTotal and they have analyzed the error and said it is not on their side of the system.

    My first suggestion would be to rule out LMS issues by testing your course in SCORM Cloud. Check out this step-by-step article!

    If you still see the same behavior in SCORM Cloud, or if you need our help testing, the next step would be to open a support case here, so we can take a closer look at your settings.
