Team folder
Hello, my team is using the 'team folder' to share Rise courses between us. Is there an option to transfer ownership of that folder to someone else in the team? I cannot see a 'transfer' button like we have in the Rise courses. How can the owner be removed or changed to a 'manager' only? Thank you

You can transfer ownership of a team folder when you remove a user from the team. If you aren't removing a user from the team and want a user to have their own copy of a Rise 360 course then I'd recommend sending a copy of the course from the original course owner to another user.

Thanks Lauren, so technically it isn't possible if that user remains part of the team, but transfers ownership of the team folder (and Subfolders) to someone else in the team?

Merry Christmas to you and your family. That is correct; the only time you can transfer the ownership of a team folder is when you remove the original owner from the team.
