Test attempts LMS issue
I need some help.
I built a lesson module that has a test in it with three attempts to retake the test if they fail. The course is being hosted on a Moodle LMS. When the User take the course and fails it, then a retake button comes up within the course for them to take the test again. If they pass it then they should be able to move on to the next lesson which is a survey and then the certificate.
The problem is when they take the test if they failed it the first or second time then passed it the third time the survey and certificate are still locked and the User can’t complete the course even though they passed the test. The attempt number are set in Articulate for 3 and 80% for passing score.
Is the problem on the LMS Moodle side for the settings for 3 attempts? Or is the problem in the Articulate settings? What would I need to set it to if it is unlimited?
Or do I need to set the course up so that the test is separated from the lesson module in its own lesson so they can have them set the settings for 3 attempts on the LMS side?
I can't attach the course to due to security reasons.
Any help would be great appreciate.

Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud? This will help us determine if the issue is LMS-related if the course works as expected. If the issue persists, we'd be happy to take a look at how your course is set up. Lastly, I found a similar discussion that may be helpful to browse through!
My company doesn't allow SCORM Cloud or even to be able to have Articulate look at the Storyline project so a lot of times I have to figure out on my own. Thank you for the links to the similar discussion it did help. I appreciate it.
