Tester score lower than passing score...
Yet the results slide shows passed.
Passing is 80% the tester scored 79.08 yet got passing results.
We have never seen this before and the results page appears to be set up correctly

Hello there, I am having the same issue. My user scored a 76%, with a passing score of 80% and the test result said it passed. The results page also appears to be set up correctly.
