Text entry not working in Storyline360

Hi everyone. I'm new to Articulate, and on my first screen capture, I have saved as a Try Out, so there are hot spots for user navigation etc. However, where I have text entry fields, I cannot get them to work (I did actually find that Articulate had created the fields a way away from where they should have been, but they do not work, even when moved back to the correct place on the slide).

Any guidance on this please?
