If I understand your question correctly, you want the Delete key on your keyboard to work similarly to the Backspace key when highlighting the text.

When I test it on my end, it works just like that:

• Can you test the Delete key in a different application?
• Is the issue happening in Preview or when the file is published?

I have another issue in same file ,

1)  After entering correct answer in first filed. Show the response message box ,
After the response message box, when revisit the base layer, cursor doesn't move to the next text filed automatically.

2)  In second text field, entering the wrong answer show the response message box.
After the response message box, when revisit the base layer cursor doesn't move to second text field, it remain at first field.

Your assistance is greatly appreciate.

While the questions above might be better suited for our talented community members, and I'm looking forward to what they will recommend for your specific project file, here's how I would approach this: 

I'd convert your slide to two freeform question slides: one for each text field.

On Form View, you would adjust the following:

1. The correct answer for that field.
2. Which field should be evaluated 
3. Which key you can use to submit, if you are not adding a submit button.
4. The layers you want to use for the feedback.

Thank you so much for this,

But this convert to freeform slide is not suit for our project. I was trying this but its take for one text field at time. i have 4-6 text field on page. if you convert above file into same freeform slide than please send me i will study the same for future project.

i done above project in previous style ("scrolling_with_run_on_second_layer.story" ) which i send four days before. Everything is fine now.

But now i have another problem, on last slide i want to exit the course by clicking on hotspot area but it  does not exit on android platform. i attached the same file here. Please find the attachment

Thanks for the follow-up! Can you share a bit more about how you're hosting your course when testing? We do have a bug reported where:

The exit course trigger is not working when viewing published web content on mobile browsers.

If you plan on having this course hosted on an LMS, I recommend testing there as you shouldn't experience the bug mentioned. If you're keeping this course as a web publish, the exit course trigger will not work. I hope this clarifies the issue you're seeing!

We are developing offline eLearning courses with assessment and test your self which are publish from articulate as HTML5.
Due to pandemic situation we are migrate the offline to online platform through mobile learning App (android) by uploading course on our web server.

As per your suggestion my trigger does not work on web browser. It is noted.
