Text in Different Place on Desktop vs. Laptop

Does anyone else create Rise Blocks on a larger desktop screen, but then when you switch to a laptop, some text is not aligned correctly or is a different size?

Is there an easier fix than going back and forth between both formats to cross-check? 

Below is an example of a simple lesson heading on my desktop vs on a laptop. This is very time-consuming and frustrating.
