I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify the behavior you're experiencing.
- Is the course hosted on an LMS?
- What happens when the phone is rotated to landscape mode, does the text in the interaction still appear blank?
- Is the behavior happening on all available browsers on the phone?
If the course is hosted on an LMS, try troubleshooting the behavior by uploading the course to a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud. This will help isolate if the issue is hosting-related. If you can observe the issue regardless of which platform your Rise 360 course is hosted in, please open a case with our support team here so we can test your course and figure out what's happening!
