Text-to-Speech AI assistant No language options
I have a similar question: I want to preview the voice in other languages before I use. It does not look like it is possible in Storyline. I had to provide the script in that foreign language and had the AI assistant do the trick for me, blindly. The two I tried was way off, not authentic pronunciation at all. Do I have to use other AI for foreign language voices?

Currently, it is not possible to preview AI Text-to-Speech voices in other languages before generating the audio in Storyline first. I understand having the ability to do so would be helpful. I've submitted this as a feature request on your behalf!
As a workaround, you can try the classic Text-to-Speech option instead of AI-Assisted. The classic mode supports SSML (Speech Synthesis Markup Language), which lets you fine-tune pronunciation, pacing, and emphasis. While it doesn’t provide previews in other languages, SSML gives you more control to improve accuracy and sound quality for foreign language narration.
