Text-to-Speech generate Closed Captions skipping words

I have a problem using the text-to-speech function in Storyline 360 to generate CCs.  It's skipping parts of sentences.  I am forced to go in and edit captions on almost every slide.  This is a recent issue that I only noticed after the latest update.

    Hi Bonnie!

    Great call on opening a support case. After testing your file, I see my teammate Renato found that the text format is causing the closed caption not to generate some of the text.

    • We recommend inputting the text continuously. Insert a separate text-to-speech if you need a new line.
