Textboc Flickering
Hi, I'm using articulate 360 completely paid version but when i add the textbox on storyline it continuously flickers. I tried updating also tried older versions but none seems to fix the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear you're encountering this issue!
I checked our systems and can confirm that your subscription is still active. However, I want to point out that you should be able to add text boxes without issue whether you're a paying customer or on a trial. This isn't expected behavior, so I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.
- Does this happen with a specific course or multiple courses?
- Have you tried importing your slides into a new Storyline project?
- Please see these possible reasons why Storyline isn't working as expected
