The Data Input field is visible for some layers but not all

I apologize in advance. I am new to SL and to E-Learning Heroes, but I have searched for topics and articles without success. I am trying to finalize an eLearning course, but in Review 360, several of my data input fields are working, while others are not. Everything I see indicates that they are all set up the same way (with their unique criteria), but some fields still display blank and only show the input when mousing over and highlighting them, while others display a blinking cursor and allow me to input the data. 

I am not sure what I am missing. I have moved the fields to the front. The font is a good color. All screens are also similar, so it isn't as if some backgrounds are a different color. All fields are set up the same way / look similar in appearance, but half work and half don't. Any advice on what I may be missing?  Thank you.
