The file .story is being used by another process.

Good Morning

Please find an image below of this issue I have. This happens almost everytime I work from Home on my Laptop and can happen on my desktop PC. When I make a copy of the file and then make edits and again save the file - If I attempt to open it again I get the same message. This is very annoying.  Can you plesae contact me with a solution please. Thank you in advance.
