This is happening when I try to open PowerPoint...
I recently have been getting this message when I open PowerPoint:
"Sorry, for some reason PowerPoint couldn't load the C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\360\Studio\articulate.pppam add-in."
I have no idea what this means. Can any help?

Hi Carrie,
Do you have the Articulate add-in already enabled for PowerPoint? This is a requirement to run Presenter 360 properly with PowerPoint, and if you haven't done so yet, this article explains how to enable this add-in.
If enabling the add-in doesn't help, reach out to your IT staff and have them add the 'articulate.ppam' file in your organization's allowlist to prevent it from being falsely tagged as malicious and blocked from being accessed by the application. The directory where the file is stored is:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Articulate\360\Studio\articulate.ppam
If you need any additional assistance, or if you have any clarifications regarding this procedure, you can reach out to our support team here. We're glad to help!

What should I tell my IT department to convince them that "articulate.ppam" file is not malicious? There must be a reason why the system don't allow it.
Hi Jorn!
Thanks for reaching out!
I see that you've also opened a support case and connected with my teammate Mick. Smart move! It looks like Mick replied to your e-mail with some feedback on your concern.
We can continue the conversation through your case to help keep all information in one spot.
