Thumbnail not updating
I've changed the theme photo for my project, but the thumbnail that appears when I share the project does not update to reflect that change. Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Great question, EFuller! The thumbnail that appears when you share a project is usually generated when the item is first published, so sometimes it can hang on to an older image even after you update the theme photo.
A few things that are worth trying:
- Republish the project after making the theme change. This often prompts the system to regenerate the thumbnail.
- Open the share link in a private/incognito browser window or clear your browser cache, just in case the older thumbnail is being stored locally.
- If you're using Reach 360, republishing and replacing the existing course item can also help refresh the preview image.
