Today, Text-to-Speech is reading punctuation marks.
What's happening with Articulate's Storyline 360? What would cause this issue?

Same voices I've been using for nearly a year; Neural voice, Ruth, Stephen, and Matthew. I used all of them yesterday with no issue. Today, the voices are reading periods, commas, and other punctuation. We don't have AI Assistant turned on per company policy at this time. AND, I shut down and restarted; same issue.
