Track individual levels score on LMS

I have developed one Game for client. There are 3 levels in the game. Each level has scoring. I have added 3 separate results for each level. Client is using Sumtotal ...
Most LMS (read all) will only accept one score for each scorm. I would assign the value of each level to a survey question and then send that to the LMS
