Track using quiz result grayed out

Hi... What was the resolve for this? Mine is greyed out as well and I don't see any answer attached to this article. Thanks in advance.

You need to have at least one Quiz in your course for this option to be enabled.

    I have 10 multiple choice questions... Isn't that a quiz? I don't understand. Please elaborate.
