Is it possible to track the completion of a YouTube video either in Storyline II or in an LMS? More specifically, I want the user to have to watch an entire YouTube video before being allowed to ...
I think attempts at technical workarounds will take you down a rabbit hole. A better approach is to ask a user a quiz question they could only answer if they reach the end of the video.
