Hello Nancy! I understand the trademark symbol (™) is showing up with with a different font than what your employers required.
This appears to be a bug and it has been reported to our team for investigation. Sadly, there are no workarounds at this point other than using a different font.
I'll keep you updated should we receive any news regarding a fix or a possible workaround.
