Transferring Files to a Colleague
Hi everyone, I need step by step guidance on passing the account/seat to a colleague.
CURRENT STATUS:
Another individual from a different directorate, on another subscription, took ownership of all my content. This was a sudden and abrupt curveball - because I couldn't see ANY of my content after that.
In the meantime, I realized then that we have a separate subscription - separate from his. So I established that subscription and requested that he transfer several files to me that I had been working on. He did this and now I need to get them back to him or my successor.
- I am the ADMIN and am occupying the single seat on our subscription/account.
- Also, she will need to install the desktop app - but I'm guessing we need to create an account for her before doing so. That brings me back to #1 above.
I'm at a complete loss on how to do this.
Please help - my last day is Friday May 9 and I don't want to lose my stuff.
