Articulate Rise 360 working very slow for me and my colleagues?

I  am using the latest version of Chrome, but still facing the issues of the lag? Is there any fix available?

  • Rise 360 has many problems at the moment (past couple of weeks, on/off). Today being the worst, as I simply cannot get into a lesson within a course. It is incredibly frustrating and not fit for purpose.

I feel glad it isn't just me. I can't even get into my courses, and if I can, it is slow as molasses! I've reached out to articulate, only to get a troubleshooting email, I've sent them a screenshare of what I am experiencing. I've tried on different wifi, different computer, different browser. All the same result!

      Hi baileywonders!

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback! I completely understand your frustration.

I see that you're deep into the troubleshooting process with my teammate, Mcgem. I also wanted to share, our Rise 360 development team has been informed of this hiccup, and is currently investigating the behavior.

We can continue the conversation through your case to keep all information in one spot.

Rise is currently extremely slow. It takes several seconds for anything to happen after clicking on an block or icon.

You are not alone. I submitted a ticket On Tuesday. As of yesterday they were receiving similar reports to the ticket I submitted according to the email I received. There is definitely something on the RISE side of things causing issues.
