Translation of RISE courses only partial?

Hi everyone. I have followed the instructions to export xlf files, used Smartcat to translate, and imported the translation.

It has only worked for about a quarter of the course - even straight Paragraph or Heading blocks have not been translated. 

Has anyone had this issue? I'm not sure if it's an error from the exported file, or the file I get back from Smartcat?

    I'd be happy to take a look at this issue for you.  Do you mind sending me a copy of the exported and the imported/translated XLIFF files?  If you're concerned about privacy, you may send a copy of the files to us here.
